General health check-up camp was organized at Community Hall, Ramakshatriya Mandira, Jeppu

A one-day general health check-up camp was organized at Community Hall, Ramakshatriya Mandira, Jeppu, Mangalore, Karnataka on Saturday 15-08-2026 between 09:00am to 01:00pm.

Our camp team comprised doctors from departments department of General Medicine, E.N.T., Speech & Hearing along with hospital laboratory and nursing personnel.

13 individuals benefited from the speech and hearing services provided, comprising 13 audiology patients and no patients with speech disorders. The services were provided by Ms. Keerthana (Audiologist Grade I), along with Catheline and Elena (Interns). Each patient underwent a case history, otoscopic examination, and screening audiometry. Of the 13 individuals screened, 12 failed the hearing screening. Those who did not pass the screening were provided with referrals through camp referral cards and were counselled to undergo comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluation at Father Muller Medical Hospital.
