The Department of Speech and Hearing at
Father Muller College celebrated Children’s Day on November 15 with a vibrant
“Jungle Joy” theme. Organized by postgraduate students, the event featured
fun-filled activities for 11 children attending speech therapy, who arrived in
adorable animal costumes with their parents.
The program began with by welcoming the gathering,
followed by an speech by Principal Prof. Cynthia Santhmayor on the significance
of Children’s Day. Highlights included engaging games, prizes, action songs led
by MSc SLP students, a lively dance performance by MSc audiology students, and
a heartfelt video showcasing therapy moments.
Children received takeaway gifts. The
celebration was a joyful and inclusive success, reflecting the Department's
dedication to fostering happiness and growth for children.
